At Nature & Vous, we do everything possible to prepare and ship your orders within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery time then depends on the chosen carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on external factors. Nature & Vous cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Orders Placed on Weekends

Please note that orders placed the day before and during the weekend are prepared and shipped on the next business day. This additional time will not be considered a delay.

Returns

You can return a product if it is intact, unopened, and in its original packaging. Send an email to contact@natureetvousshops.com with your order number, the products being returned, and the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
